Monster Truck - The first somewhat good vehicle.
Doesnt not excel in any map and its on the jeep level. Motocross bike - Not really good in anything and controlling it is very hard. Not enough power/fuel/tires makes it a bad vehicle. It doesnt have anything special about it. Jeep - As the first vehicle in game its not surprising its crap. Here is my long list of pros and cons for all vehicles.
